Me too, it's pretty annoying.
Okay, good to know it's not just me.
It also is happening on some userpages... but not all. Or rather, some userpages have a few boxes before the error message, whereas some userpages are completely gone (in the right-hand collumn).
Just a glitch. Not uncommon around this time, because it's typically when lists and the like are updated. Just be patient.
